✿ When will I get my letter?
The Inner Garden mail leaves the greenhouse on the 15th–16th of every month.
To make sure every letter is carefully prepared, subscriptions for each monthly edition close on the 2nd of the previous month. If you subscribe after the cutoff, your first envelope will be part of the following month’s garden.
For example:
- Subscribe on or before September 2 → You’ll receive the October edition, which will be sent around September 15–16.
- Subscribe after September 2 → Your first letter will be the November edition, sent around October 15–16.
This schedule allows me to thoughtfully prepare each gardener’s envelope while making sure everything arrives beautifully and on time.
✿ How long will my letter take to arrive?
Once you receive your fulfillment confirmation, please allow:
- Up to 14 business days for letters traveling within Canada
- Up to 25 business days for international letters
International delivery times can vary depending on the destination and local postal service.

✿ How can I update my address, email, or subscription?
You can update your shipping address, email, billing information, and other membership details through your customer portal at any time.
Please make any address changes before the monthly cutoff on the 2nd so your next letter has time to find its way to the right garden.
✿ When will I be billed?
Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. Your membership then renews automatically on the 2nd of each month, beginning with the first eligible renewal date after your initial payment.
- Subscribe on the 2nd: Your first payment is charged on the 2nd, and your membership renews on the 2nd of the following month.
- Subscribe between the 3rd and the end of the month: Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. You will skip the upcoming 2nd, and your first renewal will be on the 2nd of the following month.
Examples:
- Subscribe February 2 --> Pay February 2 --> Next payment March 2
- Subscribe February 25 --> Pay February 25 --> Skip March 2 --> Next payment April 2
- Subscribe March 2 --> Pay March 2 --> Next payment April 2
- Subscribe March 25 --> Pay March 25 --> Skip April 2 --> Next payment May 2
After your first renewal, payments will continue automatically on the 2nd of every month.
✿ Can I track my letter?
To keep The Inner Garden membership affordable, envelopes are sent using regular letter mail and postage stamps. This means tracking information is not available.
You’ll receive a fulfillment confirmation when your letter has left the greenhouse and begun its journey to you.
